Podcast Promo Analytics: solving publisher pain points & fueling audience growth
Podcast publishers needed data-driven insights on their cross-promotion campaigns, which we developed to help them grow their audiences. I built the foundational analytic experience, providing insights into what worked and what didn't. This laid the groundwork for future iterations that would empower publishers to make informed decisions and refine their strategies.

Following Spotify's acquisition of Podsights, I dove headfirst into the platform integration. Through extensive UX research, I redesigned the audience insights experience to deliver a unified and data-rich tool for advertisers within Spotify's core analytics suite.

Data Visualization Toolkit: one-stop shop for reusable components
Following Spotify's 2021 acquisition of Megaphone, Chartable, and Podsights, our team faced significant friction and inconsistency due to disparate data visualizations across these analytics tools. Collaborating with two designers, I conducted a comprehensive audit and competitive analysis, examining data visualization usage over 15 products and industry best practices. This thorough research led to the creation of Spotify's inaugural unified data visualization toolkit. This toolkit streamlined engineering and design collaboration and improved consistency across Spotify's enterprise product suite.

I've tackled foundational projects like simplifying account setup, onboarding, and mobile optimization for our self-serve advertising tool, Ad Studio.
